Notice of Consent - Adult Users

1. I confirm that I have read and accept the VBuddies ‘Terms of Use, Code of Conduct & Remedies for Breaches’. I understand that any serious or continued breach of the Code may result in my VBuddies user account being terminated.

2. By consenting to use of the VBuddies platform it is also confirmed that Metaverse Tech Ltd / VBuddies is granted permission to upload and use images and videos obtained from the VBuddies platform on the company’s website and social media pages.

3. Metaverse Tech Ltd is the controller and responsible for the personal data comprising the images, videos and the information you have provided and will:

3.1 Ensure that it complies with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the images, videos and other information provided, and

3.2 Process the images, videos and other information provided in accordance with our Data Protection Policy (How Metaverse Tech Ltd Deals with Your Data), which can be found on the company’s website: link here

5. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by confirming withdrawal in writing by email to: support@vbuddies.world

6. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by Metaverse Tech Ltd / VBuddies prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
