Parental/Guardian Statement of Consent

1. By completing this form I confirm that I have no knowledge of any reason why the child named above should not be allowed to use the VBuddies platform, or to participate in the normal activities specified for its use.

2. I have read the ‘Code of Conduct’ for users and parents/guardians and agree that the child named above shall abide by the Code whilst using the VBuddies platform. I understand that any serious or continued breach of the Code may result in the child’s VBuddies user account being terminated.

3. By consenting to use of the VBuddies platform it is also confirmed that Metaverse Tech Ltd / VBuddies is granted permission to upload and use images and videos obtained from the VBuddies platform on the company’s website and social media pages.

4. Metaverse Tech Ltd is the controller and responsible for the personal data comprising the images, videos and the information you have provided and will:

4.1 Ensure that it complies with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the images, videos and other information provided, and 

4.2 Process the images, videos and other information provided in accordance with our Data Protection Policy (How Metaverse Tech Ltd Deals with Your Data), which can be found on the company’s website: link here

5. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by confirming withdrawal in writing by email to: support@vbuddies.world

6. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by Metaverse Tech Ltd / VBuddies prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
